MEETING MINUTES
The monthly meetings of the Friends Board are held to keep board members updated on the financial status, including grants and donations received during the past month. We received a monthly update on the projects and programs that have taken place and those being planned at Hartman Reserve by Amy Davison, Nature Center Unit Manager. The Board uses the monthly meetings to hear from the standing committees, such as Finance, Inclusion/Accessibility, Youth Directors, etc. The Board discusses the proposed projects we want to help fund at Hartman Reserve and other business that fit into the action plan of the Friends.
Note: Our "year" begins with the September Annual Meeting and runs until the Aug. of the next year.
Our "fiscal" year runs from July 1 to June 30th.
